Intelligence technology

Apprize360 is a cutting-edge, web-based solution that allows a company's employees to quickly and efficiently deliver their vital intelligence and other information to a central repository where it can be analyzed by an internal analysis team.

Intuitive user interface

We strive to make using Apprize360 as simple as possible while providing all the features that a company needs to develop a culture of information sharing.
  • Access control - All Apprize360 participants are separated into two groups: analysts and users. Analysts can easily add new users at any time or suspend access to current users.
  • Advanced search - Our advanced search interface makes it easy to search through any size data repository to find exactly what you are looking for.
  • Project management - Analysts can create projects where they can track specific deadlines as goals as well as store all of the primary and secondary intelligence related to the project.

Flexible input options

We offer a variety of input options to make inputting intelligence as easy as possible and to promote continued and frequent usage of Apprize360.

  • Telephone - Users can input their intelligence by calling a toll-free number and leaving their intelligence as a voice message where it will be quickly transcribed and added to Apprize360.
  • Email - Anyone in the company can input intelligence by sending or forwarding an email to a pre-determined email address from anywhere in the world.
  • Web Console - Users can also quickly log into Apprize360 directly and input their intelligence into an easy to use web form.

Robust analytical capabilities

The Apprize360 Relationship Modeling Engine, or RME, is an integral part of the A360 software solution and has been developed to uncover intelligence and hidden relationships between the data entered into A360.
  • Automatically cluster all of the intelligence in a database to give analysts a high level overview of the data currently available to them.
  • Automatically generate reports or executive summaries on any set of intelligence documents.
  • Recommend intelligence for specific projects that analysts are working on.
  • Search the web to find news or blog articles relating the intelligence in your database.
